"I was very, very impressed with how personable and accomodating you all seem to be, which is a true reflection on why your business is so successful! I think these user meetings are very helpful and it just shows that your company is willing to listen, take suggestions and make whatever changes that can possibly be made to benefit its users. I guess I'm just not use to that in today's world and so use to being just a number if you know what I mean. Kudos to you and the rest of RDA! Looking forward to the next meeting"

Member (not Customer) Advisory BoardProprietary software companies have customers. A customer's role in their world is to pay license fees.
Free & Open Source Software companies (FOSS) have Members. A Member's role in the open source movement is to contribute to the planning and design of the software.
That’s why OpenRDA created a Member Advisory Board (MAB) of school and government fund accounting experts. MAB keeps OpenRDA informed of software and service improvements our Members want. Some of our Members' IT staffs even collaborate on product development.
