Leave
The Remote Leave Module
reduces the duplication of effort associated with centralized
processing of employee Leave and Substitute information.
It eliminates the need for your central office staff to enter the same
data that has been gathered and processed at the remote locations.
Now, via modems, each location can enter Leave and Substitute data for
their employees. The Payroll
Administrator simply reviews and edits the information before updating the
payroll module for processing and reporting.
In addition, each location can access their own employee Leave and Substitute information to generate reports without interrupting your staff. Security functions ensure that employee information is
available only at the proper locations, thereby protecting the integrity of
payroll data.

Multi-user capabilities allow for simultaneous entry of Remote
Leave information. This
helps distribute the workflow and eliminate the backlog of data entry
associated with a central Leave/Substitute input method.
With no backlog, your Payroll Administrator can extend the data entry
