I love DIRECT DEPOSIT and so do most of our employees. It wasn't too
bad to set up after my initial fear of messing up. I also love that RDA prints my W-2's and files them electronically.

The check
signature is fantastic. It is working now -- had some initial issues in
getting it to work, but it is great now. Thanks for coming out with this

Thanks. The Total payroll Expense Report by Account Code from the Payroll
Report Submenu will be a big help to Libby since it allows ranging on Fund,
Account Code, and Pay ID.

I just finished correcting my vouchers and it worked just fine. I'm really

Folks,
your development of a report allowing us to compare deductions from one
month to the next by employee has allowed us to reduce our reconciliation
process for vendor bills from the retirement system and health insurer from
2 days to .5 days, taking a significant deadline strain off our Payroll
Coordinator. Thanks for your attention to improving our productivity.
I
just want you to know that again this year Phyllis went "beyond the
call of duty". I worked Saturday to try to get W-2's going. I had a
problem and just emailed Phyllis in case she was checking her emails and
maybe she could give me a "quick fix". She replied within 15
minutes and determined our problem immediately. Phyllis is a great asset you
your company.
