A password is required to submit support requests in
CyberSupport. If you are a current RDA customer, and you have not set up your
user-defined password, do the following:
- If you have not already done so, contact RDA Technical
Support to obtain your:
(NOTE: MB+ Conversion customers, in lieu
of calling technical support, you can use your new MBGUI WEB ID and Web Login
provided in your conversion/review letter.)
- Enter your Web ID and Web Login in the appropriate fields.
- Type a password of your choosing.
- Verify the password by typing it again in the Confirm
Password field.
- Click Save to set the password.
